I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everyone was fabulously friendly. It was nicely decorated. Large rooms. Plenty of clean towels.

The hotel is located only 1 km away from the airport and the rooms are spacious with clean towels provided by friendly staff.

The property was clean, the room was impeccably clean. The breakfast had plenty of options and included breads, cereal, jam and eggs. It had a marvellous and comfortable location short walk to grocery stores and retail, Killington and Pico mountain, and the ski areas. Also, Rutland murals was 2 miles away from the venue.

Great place for 1 night in Rutland, recently refurbished hotel. The staff - polite and responsive. Climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the room and the comfortable bed. Bathtubs in the bathroom...

The address in Booked.net was incorrect because it showed the Inn on 407 Route 7 South, but on the north side of town. It is actually on the south side. We called the hotel for directions, and the person who answered the phone had to ask someone else what their address was. She then told us to go south to 315 s Main (s Main is Route 7 South). When we got there, we were in front of another hotel. We called again and they said to continue south. We finally found it. When we talked to the woman who had told us 315 s Main, she said she told us that address because it is close to where they really are. She said our gps must be old, and nobody else ever had a problem finding them using that number. She was quite rude to us, without reason. She claimed several addresses had been recently changed, and theirs had been inadvertently left off the list. There is nothing wrong with our TomTom gps/ It has worked quite well everywhere else. There was no reason to be rude, particularly when they are the ones who have the problem.

Years ago I traveled all over the U.S. and stayed in Red Roof Inns as much as possible. I knew they were always clean and friendly.

The pool is clean, and there is on-site parking; the location is nice, close to restaurants, skiing, and food options.

Bed was not comfortable. This survey asked me if I wanted to answer four questions. The design of the survey is deliberately deceitful when it asks for more information than specified at the outset. This is bad. Change it and be honest...would it kill ya?

This place has a fantastic location, right next to Denny's, with well-decorated, spacious rooms equipped with a microwave and coffee maker.

Very unhappy with the hotel and your services. My simple requests where not met. I contacted your customer service to no avail. I will not use your service in the future.

The desk clerk and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.
